Commissioner Hon. Robert Fields and members of the MA ATJ Housing Committee presented an update and an overview of the status of housing and evictions. A discussion followed the presentation.

Boston Bar Journal Special Edition Honors the Late Chief Justice Ralph D. Gants

Earlier this month the Boston Bar Association published a Special Edition of the Boston Bar Journal, featuring reflections on the late Chief Justice Ralph D. Gants’ work and legacy.  You can read the Special Edition here, which includes a moving and inspiring article written by Commission Co-Chair Susan Finegan reflecting on Chief Justice Gant’s work in connection with access to justice.

On behalf of the Commission I wish you all a safe and restful holiday season and look forward to seeing you in the New Year.
